Forum

As I am sure many of you who have long been visitors of the PlusModels website have noticed that things are... a little different. Change is good and I think that many of the changes that have been made to the site are definitely for the better for everyone. Here is a summary of what has happened:

Forum:Unfortunately, in the transition, the old forum had to go. There were years of helpful posts and advice and we tried everything to try to preserve things. I am still trying to come up with some sort of viable solution to archiving all of the discussions - perhaps a "Best of" section.

Site content: Lots of updates here, though it may not seem like it on the surface. Over the past seven years, I have been slowly rewriting the articles on the site as well as developing new content, much of which is based around the knowledge I gained while working at Heffner Management. There is some new content and upcoming features that I think are very valuable and will hopefully help both new and working models.

Directories: Let's face it, the directories were sadly out of date. Additionally, they needed a way to let the members update their own pages as it was pretty time-consuming to maintain. Thankfully, in the age of social networking and web 2.0, there are many more options that don't require a programming genius to develop and one is in the works. Stand by!
