We only accept Paypal as payment method.
Shipping
- We will ship our items out within 5 business days after confirming your payment.
- Purchased items will be delivered to Paypal registered address only.
- All Items are sent from Japan. We can not ship the item to Japan.
- We choose shipping carrier among DHL/EMS/UPS for delivery.
- We are not able to ship our items on Saturday and Sunday, and national holidays.
- We request customers in some special areas to pay additional shipping fees ($100). Special area: Brazil, Russia, Italy, Portugal etc..
Delivery time
- It usually takes about 3-10 days to be delivered.
- Occasionally it will take longer than usual time due to some inevitable reasons such as bad weather, holidays, the delay at customs.
Returns / Cancellation Policies
We sell our items on other websites and in our retail shops in Japan at the same time.
In the case of being sold out before your purchase, your order will be canceled and we will refund the full amount of the payment immediately.
Buyer are allowed to return purchased items
- Within 30 days after arrival at customer place in case of being not satisfied with the purchased item.
- However, buyer have to bear the cost of return shipment and import tax.
- Buyer are not allowed to return the purchased items without security tag. In that case, buyer are not allowed to be refunded.
- Basically we request buyer to write \'Return Cargo\' on label as notice for buyer.
- Please let usknow tracking number of the cargo when you ship the items out.
