    Payment

    PayPal is the only form of payment that we accept. Payment for all transactions must be made via PayPal through checkout only. Payments cannot be split into multiple payment methods and we require immediate payment for all Fixed-Price or Buy it Now items. We only accept one form of payment per transaction. Please ensure that your shipping address is up to date in and PayPal before submitting payment.

    Payment must be made within 4 days of accepting an offer to avoid an unpaid item case from being opened against your account. We cannot cancel orders after a case is opened.     We ship anywhere in the Continental United States for free with standard shipping.

    We ship with either USPS or FedEx services, if you have a preference please let us know within an hour of submitting payment. We do reserve the right to ship with the carrier of our choice.

    • Expedited 2 day shipping: $15
    • Overnight shipping: $35

    All standard orders will ship within 3 business days of cleared payment.

    All Expedited and Overnight orders will ship within 1 business day of cleared payment.

    Delivery times are based on business days, Monday-Friday (excluding national holidays).

    You will receive your tracking number directly from once your order ships.

    International Shipping

    We offer the following international shipping options:

    • Standard shipping to Canada: $19
    • Standard shipping Worldwide: $35
    • Standard shipping to Australia: $39

    We ship all international orders with either FedEx or USPS services. If you have a carrier preference please send us a message within 1 hour of submitting payment. We do reserve the right to ship with the carrier of our choice.

    All international orders will ship within 3 business days of cleared payment.

    Shipments will be declared as a used purchase. Legally, we are not able to mark any shipments as a gift.

    Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

    Combined Shipping

    If purchasing multiple items from us, we are happy to combine shipping.     Purchase Pickup

    Looking to pick up your order at one of our available boutique locations? Not a problem. Buy online, pick it up in store—and receive a partial refund of $10 on your order! Once you're done shopping, send us a message via letting us know you prefer to pick up in store. We will then confirm $10 has been sent back to you through the original transaction. All you have to do is wait for your email confirmation that your order is ready to be picked up, it's that easy.

    Purchase pickup is available at our Chicago, Dallas, and Minneapolis Boutiques. To see if your item qualifies, please message us via to arrange the pickup of your order or call us at 833.547.5470 - we are here to help M-F 9AM–5PM CST. Unfortunately the checkout system is not allowing buyers to schedule purchase pickups directly and contacting us first is required.

    All sales are final. We strive to provide the most accurate descriptions and photos as possible. If you feel that you have received an item that is not as described, you must contact us directly within three days of receipt either via message, email or phone at 1(833) 547-5470 to obtain return authorization and speak with a Customer Service Representative about your order. If you contact us after this period, we will be unable to accept the return. Any item approved for return other than for an item that is not as described will incur a 20% restocking fee.     What if my package is returned to sender?

    If your package was unable to be delivered and is returned to sender, we will let you know as soon as it arrives back at our facility.

    Domestic customers:
    • Please confirm your shipping address and we will be happy to ship your order back out to you for a reshipment fee of $10.
    • If you do not wish to have your item(s) reshipped, we are happy to refund you the price of your item(s) less the cost of return to sender shipping.
    International customers:

    If your package is not cleared/ claimed from customs or is returned to sender and you want it reshipped:

    • Please confirm your shipping address and we will be happy to reship your order back to you however, you will be responsible for covering any additional customs, taxes, import and/or shipping fees that your package did incur. We will specify and invoice you for this amount before shipping your order back out.

    If your package is returned to sender and you do not want it reshipped:
