This is a Seiss Handle bar mounted light. I believe this is a early post war to mid 1950s accessory? The light has been tested & works well to the best of my knowledge. The hardware is still in a little envelope this appears to have never been on a bike. . The package has wear & is missing top flaps gthe instructions are crinkled & torn...
