Vtg 1970s Sheer Peach Chiffon SECRETARY BLOUSE Size 9-10 PRAIRIE Look Lace Long sleeved , sheer Chiffon Prairie Blouse with a high neck Victorian look. Long sleeves have a 5\" band of lace and ruffles at the cuff, no buttons. Peplum Waist, with belt loops (elastic in blouse waist- slightly stretched--28-30\" and belt is 31-34\" but may be able to be tightened with new holes) . NOT the original belt.
