womens vintage black longer coat union made fur neck For Sale

This was from a local estate sale, not my personal item so can only talk about what I can physically see. There are no brand, size or material tags on the coat. There is a union made tag as shown in pictures. I will measure the best as possible to give sizes. I am a med to large in size and it fits me but every body shape is different so best to go by measurements. This is in good condition. There are no rips, tears or stains. I am not sure if the fur is real but it is super soft and feels like fur would feel. Measuring from underarm to underarm the bust is approx 22\" and length is approx 40\" from top of shoulder to bottom hem. Arm are approx 21\" measuring from shoulder seam to bottom hem. hips are approx 22\" measuring across the front.
