Shipping We offer free economy shipping to the 50 contiguous states in the USA. We also offer Expedited shipping for an additional fee. International shipping is also accepted for almost all countries, and is shipped via the Global Program or shipped via USPS
ReturnsReturns are accepted for any items received within 30 days of receipt. Item must be in original condition and packaging. To initiate a return please navigate to your account page on and follow the on-screen instructions to initiate a return.
If your order was received incorrectly by either:
- 1. Received wrong item
- 2. Received damaged product
- 3. Product is not entirely the same as described on the product page
- 4. Product has missing components or parts.
Then please immediately contact us so that we may promptly rectify the issue to your complete satisfaction.
Returns received in the following condition are subject to non-refund or up to 50% restocking fee depending on severity:
- 1. Product returned is entirely different than original order.
- 2. Product returned has been thoroughly used or tampered.
- 3. Product returned has missing components or parts.
- 4. Product returned has been damaged or broken.
Please ensure all returned products are safely and securely package to avoid any carrier or transit damages.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange your order for another color or similar product, please reach out to us so we can discuss on how we can proceed to doing the exchange.In many cases, we will ask the customer to cover the shipping expenses to and from our location to have the order exchanged.
Regular Returns:
Regular returns (Buyback Remorse) or unwanted orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee which covers package/product handling and restocking processes. You may also be asked to provide the shipping expenses or ship the item back on your expense.
Custom and Personalized Products
We do not accept returns or exchanged on personalized products where your initials or name have been embossed/monogrammed onto the product. If there is an issue with the product, such as damaged or received incorrect product please reach out to us immediately so that we may promptly rectify the issue to your satisfaction.
PersonalizationWe offer FREE personalization for all of our products. We do our embossing in-house, allowing us to deliver your personalized leather product without added delay.
How we personalize:
We can emboss numbers, upper case letters, and special symbols in two fonts; Arial and Times New Roman. We do a blind stamp embossing where we take a machine that heats aluminum dies, then stamp the initials/numbers/symbols to make an imprint on the leather.
What we personalize:
We typically restrict the embossing initials and letters to three(3) characters because this is what most of our products allow room for. However, it is possible for us to emboss more characters free of charge if the product purchased has (1) sufficient room to emboss (2) does not have any surface or under-surface impediments that complicate the embossing (3) we have enough characters/letters to complete the embossing.
Where we personalize:
The placement of the embossing depends on the product itself, and we take special care and attention to ensure the embossing is aligned and centered properly to the proportion of the product, in such a location where the embossing is easy to see. In our briefcases, we typically emboss on the small leather tab above the clasp closure. If the briefcase does not have this leather tab, then we will emboss on the top of the bag centered or bottom of the flap centered. Most of our wallets and smaller accessories we emboss on the bottom right hand corner.
Special Requests:
In such cases where you have a preference of the placement of the embossing, any special symbols, or if you wish to emboss more characters you can reach out to us or leave us comments on your order with your instructions. We will meet this request if it is possible for us to do so. In such cases where the request is not possible, we will reach out to you and work with you to find a solution suited for you.
Personalization Terms, Conditions, and Special Notes
- You will need to contact us via Message with your embossing request after your order is purchased to ensure the personalization can be done on the item.
- Embossed products are non-returnable. In the unlikely case you received your product with the incorrect initials, or the incorrect product altogether, please reach out to us and we will rectify the solution to your satisfaction by providing a replacement or refund.
- We emboss exactly how the characters are typed out. Please ensure you have double checked the correct spelling before submitting your orders.
- All embossing is done in English and we do not have the capability of embossing special characters in other languages, such as acute accent letters.
- Some smaller products such as keychains or others cannot be embossed due to the size or other irregularities impeding us to make a perfect stamp. In such cases we will reach out to you and inform you.
- Embossing orders cannot be cancelled after the item has been embossed and shipped, so please keep in mind if you would like to alter or cancel any embossing on an order you need to contact us immediately by message.
