Horrible experience with seller! There is one ad photo to view this item which I assumed was the item I would receive. The item i received was sticky and horrible condition. I contacted seller- she was defensive, rude & aggressive telling me I would have to pay a 50% processing fee and shipping on top so that would basically be me paying for it twice. She said that in the description it mentioned conditions but it was in way worse condition. She was not accommodating at all & just lectured me

This is a Free Sample product that I chose to pay for. However, it came half full despite their initial documentation (full bottle pictures). I checked the description upon receiving it; it said NEW, not USED. Things happen, but I am so frustrated by the seller's communication. They were rude and unnecessarily defensive.
If it was full before shipment and if I received it halfway filled, it can only mean one thing. It spilled on the way, OR the seller was dishonest. No need to create a drama

I had all information displayed prior purchasing , so my buyers can make educated decision to buy or not to buy.
All I asked a prove of a damaged caused by leakage,as well I've send to you a picture how brand new perfume looked like, prior shipping to you..Nothing but insults and complaints, sad that people are willing to go such long way to lying over $13.49
