Seller took over two weeks to ship the product claiming they had been locked out of their account. Suggested I ask for a refund product did not arrive in time for the holidays and I had to purchase it somewhere else. They offered to give me a $10 refund instead of the entire amount paid even though this mistake was on their side.

We were locked out of our account in December. There was some kind of glitches even eBay was not able to assist us. After we regain access to our account, we contacted all the buyers who had purchased from us during the lockout. Unfortunately, this particular buyer ignored our messages. She only contacted us RIGHT AFTER WE SHIPPED THE ITEM TO HER. We offered her a huge discount. We sent apologies to her! She was very difficult to deal with.!!!!! SHE IS ONE OF THE EBAY SELLERS!
