Heres my listing for a Dries Van Noten Silk Button Blouse Top Womens 40 Navy Embellished Pearl Beaded Embroidered. As you can see this top is preowned in good condition. It is Silk in navy blue with black geometric embroidery down the center panel and the base. The buttons are hidden in a center flap. Amazing beadwork on this piece. Many of them are metal in different tones, pearl finished beads as well. It has some weight to the embellishments. Not sure what sz 40 translates to in US sizing so Please refer to the measurements.
