Pair of vintage Northwest Orient Airlines jumbo postcards featuring the carrier's two wide-body flagships of the early jet age. Both airline-issue, oversized 6 x 9 inch format, unposted (never mailed, no writing).CARD 1 - BOEING 747:Multi-image card showing Northwest Orient's Boeing 747 in flight (signature red tail) alongside cabin scenes: first-class interior, the upper-deck red carpet lounge, and stewardess service. Caption highlights the wide seats, twin aisles, multi-channel stereo, in-flight movies, the spiral staircase,and upper-deck lounge. Reverse reads "NORTHWEST ORIENT 747" with the red Northwest logo.
