Please beware when buying from this vendor. The product was not as advertised (several areas did not illuminate due to seller’s design error). Vendor has been completely unresponsive in several attempts to resolve the issue. Vendor also charges more ($142.50) on eBay for the same product, which they list for $124.95 on their website. While the product was well-packaged, it also arrived slightly damaged, so I assume it was sent that way. Again, seller is unresponsive in attempting to resolve it.

You have a feedback of "1" There is not issue with the translite. The product is more on ebay because they charge fees to sell an item. You got your money back for complaining about nothing and on top of it you left neg feedback. You really are doing a great job as a buyer on ebay... Maybe you will reach (2) feedbacks someday

There was in issue with the translite in certain areas (masking not allowing backlit text and art to show), but the seller has promised me that he is updating his design to resolve this issue for all future orders, and I agreed to keep it with a partial refund. I wouldn't hesitate to order from him again, but I would ask for a sample backlit picture of the translite before shipment to verify functionality. The overall quality is very good, the price is great, the seller is top-notch.
