By the authority of the State of Vermont you are hereby commanded to summon B. F. McFarland & Moor Russell to appear forthwith before the county court now in session at Burlington to give evidence of what they know relating to a cause there to be tried in which Laura Wadsworth is plff and Joel Bishop is deft— and this they may neither of them omit under the pains and penalties of the law.
