Includes the original YMCA “With the Colors” envelope addressed to Mr. Vic Seeley in Vancouver, Washington. The envelope is postmarked Washington, D.C., January 22, 1918 and retains two canceled U.S. Washington-Franklin stamps, 1-cent green and 2-cent red.
