Up for sale is an original vintage medical letter written on personalized physician letterhead from J.G. Abbott, M.D. of Piedmont, W. Va., dated July 25, 1924.

Content: Dr. Abbott writes to Mr. Dixon regarding urine test results ("I analyzed the urine found it normal in every respect. No sugar. No albumin. I do not think you need worry yourself."), letting him know he doesn't need to send any medicine.

Associated Envelope: Includes a matching envelope addressed to Mr. Thomas Dixon in Elk Garden (Mineral County), West Virginia (postmarked Piedmont, W. Va., Jul 25, 1924, with a 2-cent Washington stamp). Note: The back flap of the envelope features the doctor's imprint, and an additional secondary envelope addressed to Buffalo, NY is also shown in the archive lot.
