50 Vintage Postcards — Pre Linen Mixed Lot
A genuine grab-bag of 300 vintage postcards, primarily dating to before 1940 (Pre-Linen/White Border era, 1900–1940). This is a truly mixed lot — U.S. states, Canadian and other international origins, and a wide variety of subjects and topics are all represented. No sorting by location or theme, so every lot is a fresh mix of scenery, cities, landmarks, greetings cards, and more.
What\'s included:
- 50 genuine vintage postcards, hand-selected from a large working collection
- Mixed U.S. states, mixed countries, mixed subjects/topics
- Mix of unposted and postally used cards (postmarks/stamps vary by card)
- Great for resellers, collage art, junk journaling, ATCs, scrapbooking, mixed-media crafts, and postcard collectors building out a general vintage stock
Please note: photos show a representative sample only — since this is a mixed grab-bag lot, exact cards, locations, and condition will vary from what\'s pictured. Cards range from good to excellent condition for their age; some may show light wear, foxing, or corner softening consistent with genuine vintage postcards. No modern reproductions.
Dating disclaimer: Cards in this lot are sorted by era based on paper type and printing style (linen texture, card back format, etc.), which reliably places the great majority before 1940. However, some cards may carry a postmark dated after 1945 even though the card stock itself is pre-1945 style — this happens when an older card was mailed later than it was printed. Additionally, as this is a large hand-sorted bulk lot, a small number of post-1940 cards may occasionally be included despite careful sorting. This lot is intended for mixed vintage/craft use rather than as a guaranteed-dated collector lot.
