Today, for your consideration, is a beautiful, no, breathtaking, little 5\" tall, doll house sz. Bisque head only doll Christmas ornament, but it\'s been so long since I put these items together, I honestly dont remember anymore. Looking at her now, I most definitely think she is German. Wrapped yarn or string or cotton body,arms & legs. Only her head is bisque. Her lovely face is all painted blue eyes & a small tuff of hair. Remember, these doll ornaments were made from just bits & pieces of lace,silk hanky & buttons & bows & ribbons & old vintage doll flowers. Her legs & arms & body are cloth of some sort. Maybe wrapped raw cotton? I can not guarantee that all my dolly ornaments have flaws but I really think they all have flaws. So that is why they were refurbished to Christmas ornaments. If I had to guess, I would say she was made approximately 1920s. Original hand-painted face. They all have been in storage for a few years, so they most probably need a little dusting off. This doll clothes are all handmade
The clothes are being beautiful crepe paper. Her sister will be next on my many listings. I am no doll expert. That being said, these ornaments are just that,ORNAMENTS. I am not selling them as dolls. The last picture is of a full box full of my refurbished dolls ornaments. They are all listed & currently available seprately.
