Charming antique Black Forest hand-carved bear mirror. A full-bodied carved bear with glass eyes and an open, red-painted mouth wraps its arms and legs around an oval mirror — a classic of German folk-art carving, full of character. The original mirror glass is intact, and the metal hanging bracket on the back is still in place, so it\'s ready to hang.Measurements: 12.5\" long x 6\" wide.Condition: Good antique condition. The original mirror shows minor scuff marks and light age spotting; the carving has a rich dark patina with minor wear, notably to the snout.
