Two late 19th to 20th century Fire suppression system alarm bell charging keys used from 1850 - 1950’s. This key was used in the old mercury heat fire suppression systems when they would crank the alarm bell so it was set to ring if the alarm fire triggers is engaged resulting in the bell ringing as long as the water was flowing through the suppression system.
