Antique KPM Berlin porcelain compote (tazza) from the Imperial German period, dating to the late 19th century (circa 1885–1900).
This is a large, heavy, and finely modeled piece, featuring classical putti (cherubs) forming the pedestal base with elaborate relief decoration, blue accents, and hand-applied gilt detailing.
The underside bears multiple period factory marks, including:
• An underglaze blue KPM Berlin mark
• A red KPM mark
• Additional period symbols consistent with historic production
All marks appear exactly as fired and aged, with no modern enhancements or alterations. Photographs are taken in natural lighting and show the marks as they appear in person.
