This beautiful set was manufactured by the prestigious T&V factory in Limoges, France, and dates precisely between 1892 and 1907 based on the green underglaze factory backstamp on the base.
Design Details:
• Features a romantic, meticulously executed motif of blooming pink and deep red Victorian roses with soft green foliage.
• The backdrop consists of a delicate, blended pastel ivory and soft green ground.
• The domed tops are heavily accented with gilded gold leaf trim.
• The underside features the official green \"T.V. FRANCE\" mark, alongside handwritten artist initials (\"d.q.\") from the studio decorator.
Condition:
Excellent antique condition. There are absolutely no chips, cracks, flea bites, hairline cracks, or structural repairs. The porcelain remains bright and clean. There is only very minimal, normal shelf wear on the base rims and faint, expected age-related thinning to the gold gilt on the domed tops, which is consistent with pieces of this era. One original cork stopper is intact inside the base.
