An elaborate, handpainted Victorian Limoges plate, made in France before 1895 (prior to the partnershipof Remi Delinieres and Leonard Bernardaud).The plate is decorated with a distinctive emerald green border withrichly gilded details and a gadroon rim. The design also features pink floralsprays in gilded roundels, and a central floral wreath. Although the plate was created and decoratedin France, it is Victoriana at its finest.

Condition: Thisplate is in excellent (near pristine) antique condition. There are no chips, cracks or damage, andonly minimal signs of use or wear. It ismarked on the underside with “R. Delinieres et Cie | Limoges” in red script, and “D&C| France” in green.
