This sign hung in my parents\' bar area for many years. my mom bought it at an sale when I was a kid. She told me it was \"early\". And that the gritty \"smaltz\" texture is something that was done 1865- 1935 to create durable well visible signs in that time period for business storefronts.
I do not know the origin of the sign I did research but could not find anything It was purchased at an sale in New England.
The sign is in very good condition obvious wear but very good

Fixtures on back are not old my dad put those on so she could hang it.
