Batman The Maxx Arkham Dreams 1A 1B 2 3 Sam Kieth IDW DC 4 Comic Lot NM: $59.98
Sam Kieth drawing Batman the way he draws The Maxx, which is the entire point. Four books from Batman/The Maxx: Arkham Dreams, the IDW and DC crossover Kieth both wrote and drew: issue #1 Cover A, issue #1 Cover B, issue #2, and issue #3 Cover B. Kieth co-created Sandman\'s visual language and then made The Maxx into MTV\'s strangest animated series, and this is him turning that same warped, dream-logic style loose inside Arkham Asylum - the Joker and Batman rendered as the same kind of unstable creature. Getting both #1 covers together is the part that is awkward to assemble one issue at a time. Condition: raw and ungraded. All four are NM-appearing with sharp corners, tight spines and clean gloss. Each book is individually bagged and boarded and photographed in the lot image so you can see every cover before you buy. From a smoke-free home. Ships together in a rigid comic mailer with boards and tracking.
