This elegant set of mechanized wings is made of metal with a gold and brass finish. The two long crisscrossing control rods can be squeezed together to make the wings move up and down. The entire piece is mounted to a wood base with the underside reading \"THE LEONARDO DAVINCI SOCIETY PRESENTS - LEONARDO\'S FLYING MACHINE - ©1991 THE FRANKLIN MINT\".
It measures almost 7\" tall with a 9\" wingspan by 6\" long.
A fascinating and high-quality metal replica of one of Leonardo\'s most famous designs.
