This is an NOS EMD data or specification card given away to the public back in the 1970\'s. This example is for the Northwest Suburban Mass Transit Authority here in Chicago, Village of Bartlett, which later became METRA. EMD started to resurrect data cards again in the 1970\'s but only made a few of them, mostly themed around mass transit. You don\'t see a lot of these floating around.This is also the rare exception where you find a new old stock data card. I purchased these from an EMD retiree who was given the remainder of these cards by their Public Relations Department back in the 1970\'s. I have also undertaken a huge project and scanned my entire collection into an archive that I have listed separately.I will ship this via the USPS for $5.65. I like to put cardboard around my paper products and that adds weight. It also prevents me from using an envelope that the PO runs through their sorting machines (puts nice creases in things).
