NWT Moschino Cheap & Chic royal blue skirt with a fun bow detail. This is a vintage skirt, i purchased it years ago but never got around to wearing it so the tags are still on it.Please note two minor defects:• The thread holding one side of the bow to the dress came loose, so the bow doesn't stay in place.• The hook & eye at the top of zipper has come loose. the zipper works fine, though.both is these issues are very easily repaired.Measures ~14in across and ~27 from top to hem.
