Up for sale are a pair of photographs taken sometime near the end of WW II by the German Kriegsmarine (navy) at and adjacent to the Bieber Miniature Submarine Factory near Lübeck, Germany. They were a \"prize of war\" garnered by my father and brought home after the war ended. They were among his papers when he passed away some 35 years ago. I kept them in a file with his papers until now, when, having passed MY 85th year, I find I must \"downsize\" before my heirs have to do it for me. They probably belong in a museum somewhere, or in the hands of a nautical collector. They will be shipped by trackable, Priority Mail is the first business day following the close of the sale.
