1968: Manufactured and initially delivered to Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) as registration AP-AVL.
1972–1973: Leased to Yugoslav flag carrier JAT (Jugoslovenski Aerotransport) as YU-AGD, then returned to PIA and re-registered as AP-AWY.
1986: Transferred to the Pakistan Air Force (PAF), receiving the serial number 68-19866, where it served under the 35th Composite Air Transport Wing.1989–2005: Frequently documented visiting international airports across Europe, Asia, and the UK (including Manchester, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, and Beijing)
2008: Withdrawn from use at Islamabad—Nur Khan Air Base (formerly Chaklala Air Base). [1]
