Original WWII US AAF, 705th Bombardment Squadron Patch, British Made For Sale

Been away from selling for quite a while, but it\'s time to start moving some of my collection.
Offered here is an original WWII squadron patch for the 705th Bombardment Squadron. The 705th was in the 446th Bombardment Group, European Theater. This is used, likely jacket removed, based on the thread remnants around the edges. A wool/felt British made example. There is significant moth damage, mostly on the background, with nothing showing through, due to the fabric backing that was used. Still a seldom seen patch and desirable, even with the nothing. The patch is 5 1/4 X 4 inches. A serviceable example, hard to find.All items are described as accurately as I can manage, but should there be a discrepancy in the description and the item is not as described, it is returnable. Any other reason, such as buyers remorse does not qualify for a return. Shipping will be whatever the postal charge is, I try to reuse packing materials to keep the cost down and will combine shipping whenever possible. If there is a shipping charge assessed by where multiple items are purchased and combining the items could not be done, I will refund shipping wherever possible for multiple purchases. Please advise if you intend to offer on additional items that close within a day or so of each other and I will try to make sure they ship together.
