INCREDIBLE PAIR of Rare Vintage 1970s PETER MAX Curtains in a terrifica Floral/Psychedelic MOD pattern! You will receive the two panels as shown in the photos. I believe they are 100% cotton, medium weight canvas cloth, no stretch. Light filtering (see last photo with a panel shown against a sunny window). I think this is called a box pleat, the pleats are about 3.5" wide. Not sure how to recommend hanging them. Peter Max's name is worked into the pattern, as he always did. Estate found, bought from original owner who had them in her room when she was a teenager in the early 1970s. She took them down when she went to college and they had been stored away safely ever since!! Overall good pre owned vintage condition. I scoured the pair and didn't see any holes I scoured the pair and didn't see any holes and just a few small blemishes towards the hem. The colors are deep and rich on front with some fading on the back (more than likely from the sun as these were used as curtains.) I think some of my pics look washed out from the overhead lighting as the colors are so much nicer in person! Could stand a nice laundering. I have not laundered these. Both have their care tags but both tags show wear. Please inspect photos carefully using the zoom tool provided. Ask questions before offerding on an sale or purchasing as a Buy it Now.
Each panel measures: 80" Long x 24" Wide (at box pleat top) AND falls to 40.5" Wide (at bottom hem)
