- Graded Cards (PSA / BGS / CGC): Graded cards are encased in official protective holders. Please note that even high-grade slabs (e.g., PSA 10) may occasionally exhibit minor factory imperfections or microscopic scratches on the case. The grade represents the condition of the card itself as evaluated by the grading company.
- Sequential Numbers: For sets listed with sequential numbers, all cards are consecutively numbered PSA graded items as shown in the photos.
- Raw Cards: Unless professionally graded, card condition ratings are based on our subjective evaluation and are not guaranteed to achieve a specific professional grade.
- Factory Imperfections: Pre-owned or raw cards may have minor manufacturing defects such as print lines, white spots, or slight centering issues. Please refrain from buying if you require a flawless card.
- Color Accuracy: Due to lighting variations and monitor settings, actual colors may differ slightly from the photos.

We pack every card securely to prevent bending, moisture, and shipping damage:
- Graded Slabs: Wrapped in protective bubble wrap and fitted with sleeve covers to prevent scratching and impact during transit.
- Raw Cards: Placed in protective sleeve covers and rigid top-loaders or semi-rigid holders.
- All packages are reinforced with thick cardboard and sealed in waterproof poly bags.

- Condition: Returned cards must arrive in the exact condition received (unopened PSA cases, original top-loader, no added wear).
- Anti-Swapping Policy: Detailed photo/video evidence of the card, serial numbers (including PSA certification numbers), and packing process is recorded before dispatch. If item swapping or fraud is detected, strict action will be taken through and legal authorities.
- Unboxing Video: For buyer and seller protection, we strongly recommend recording an uninterrupted video while opening the parcel upon receipt.
- Return shipping fees are the buyer\'s responsibility. Customs duties and handling costs are non-refundable.
