An extremely scarce artifact, this is the original dinner menu dated July 11, 1933, offering a snapshot of Depression-era fine dining prices.
The menu features items like Rainbow Mountain Brook Trout and lists Pabst Blue Ribbon beer at just 35 cents per bottle.
Condition is fair, with visible flaws. This item was removed from a scrapbook, and the reverse side has a separate vintage San Jose souvenir panel permanently affixed with heavy glue/staining.
Expect wear and tear typical of the period, including folds, creases, discoloration, the handwritten notes on the front, and the prominent, distracting black residue/stain on the reverse from the scrapbook removal.
