Looks like somebody got into the Christmas punch before Santa arrived. 😂🦌Rare and wonderfully weird vintage Kreiss Christmas reindeer featuring a fantastic raised-leg dancing pose, oversized cartoon eyes, candy-cane striped antlers, metallic gold hat and colorful hand-painted details.This hard-to-find design is sometimes referred to in the vintage market as the “Dancing Jig” reindeer. A closely related Kreiss reindeer from the same apparent series, featuring the same distinctive character in a standing pose, has been documented with its original Psycho-Ceramics tag. This dancing example is unmarked, so its specific Psycho-Ceramics attribution cannot be confirmed.Very few examples of this particular dancing design appear to surface, making him an especially fun find for a Kreiss, Psycho-Ceramics or vintage Christmas collector.Measures approximately 5” tall.Condition: Good vintage condition with age-related paint/glaze wear, surface marks and small areas of finish loss.
