Autograph of 1800s politicians Robert Furnas and Luke P Blackburn.  Furnas was a Civil War Union colonel, and later was Governor of Nebraska.  Blackburn was Governor of Kentucky from 1879 to 1883.  He was also known for his possible involvement in the Yellow Fever scandal during the Civil War.
