Item is in antique condition with heavy peeling to the covers, tearing, chipping, bowing, turned corners, missing corners and edges, surface scratches, creasing, staining, age discoloration and marks. There is deterioration and damage to the covers and at the edges of the binding. There is separation between the front cover and the first page and tearing inside the front cover. There is a name signed on the second page. Staining is heavy throughout, but particularly at the corners and edges. There is fraying along the edges. The "N.A." on the front cover is either faded or someone colored it in.
