Up for sale is an incredibly rarepiece of 1990s pop-culture history: an original, unopened 4-pack of UFOsPlanetary Fruit Punch, complete with its original cardboard carrier carton(See Photos).
Released in the late 1990s by theAmerican Beverage Company – Daily Juice Products, UFOs was a short-lived,highly memorable competitor to Clearly Canadian\'s \"Orbitz\" drink. Itfeatured colored gelatin orbs suspended inside the liquid. Because the brandwas pulled from shelves quickly, finding an intact 4-pack with the originalcardboard packaging is nearly impossible today.
Condition Details forCollectors:
- Unopened & Sealed: All 4 bottles are completely sealed with original factory caps except one cap has a small piece missing (See Photos). I would say NM
- Natural Evaporation: Due to age (~25+ years), the liquid has naturally evaporated through the porous microscopic seals over time. The bottles are currently just under half full.
- Gelatin Orbs: Because of the liquid loss and changed density, the original suspended gel orbs have settled/dissolved into the remaining syrup matrix.
- Cardboard Carton: Structural integrity is intact. The carton is really clean with bright colors, some minor waviness to the edges and some minor handling wear, I would say NM- overall. No tears.
This item will be packed withextreme care using bubble wrap to ensure the bottles and cardboard carrierarrive safely.
