Extraordinary large space-age pendant lamp, model \"Bud Grande\" or Big Bud designed in 1968 by Studio 6G for Harvey Guzzini and produced in Italy in two sizes until 1986: this one for sale is the very first version produced only in 1968 with commercial code 2223, the largest, with a 48 cm diameter lampshade in this eye-catching colour, original cable and chrome ring fixed with screws and nuts in transparent plexiglass inside (in subsequent versions it will be glued to the body).
TheBudis a pendant lamp composed of a globe-shaped shade in double-layer thermoformed acrylic, with a white interior and coloured exterior, and a semicircular diffuser in milky white thermoformed acrylic supported by a chromed metal ring screwed internally to the shade. These three parts are complemented by other beautiful chromed metal details and a semispherical ceiling rose, also in white acrylic. Added to these three parts are other beautiful chromed metal details and a hemispherical ceiling rosette in white acrylic.
This extraordinary lamp is an eye-catcher, whether turned on or off, thanks to its impressive size, spatial shape and very pleasant light. The lamp is in excellent working original condition with slight traces of use and age. Original electrical parts and working.
