This is a Lee Carpenter vintage dealership license plate frame. They were a dealership from the 60’s located ln Compton California. Condition to me it looks like it has been rechromed very nice job. The background has been repainted very.nice.Does have some waving in it but when plate is mounted it’s fine. Not flawless but as nice as other ones I’ve seen
