Early Authentic Paleo Dalton from North Alabama, the Flint River Valley, made from a blade, struck off of a Flint River Bangor Chert blade core, exhibiting the curvature of the Blade in the Paleo core blade manner. 4 1/4" L, diagonal flaking, basal fluting, light basal grinding. Has some use wear, patination with deposits. No damage ancient or modern. An excellent example of Late Paleo Lithic technique and technology. Guaranteed Authentic.
