Possibly Vijecnica (Sarajevo City Hall) or a similar Austro-Hungarian era building in Bosnia and Herzegovina, though the exact site is unconfirmed. Consistent with the late 1990s post-war period based on a 07/99 marking on a related photo from this batch. Good color and clarity showing visible battle damage. No writing on back.
