Vintage Art Deco Czech Miniature Perfume Bottle Metal Filigree, Red Cabochons For Sale

Tiny old Art Deco Czech perfume bottle.
Glass with metal filigree and tiny red cabochons. Also picture on front and small picture on top of cap.
I cannot get it open...cap is too stuck for these old hands. But I can see old perfume scuz inside.
On the back is an old tag that reads \"Grandma Bertha\".....isn\'t that sweet?
