Stunning Original 1920s Art Deco Icon
Up for sale is a gorgeous vintage Frankart "Spirit of Modernism" table lamp base (Model L215), originally designed by legendary artist Arthur von Frankenberg in 1928. This iconic Machine Age masterpiece features a stylized nude female form seamlessly emerging from a stepped architectural skyscraper background, finished in Frankart's signature matte green enamel.

Condition Notes
• Finish & Patina: Features an authentic, aged matte green patina. Minor surface wear, dust, and expected paint thinning around high-contact edges consistent with a piece nearing a century old.
• Wiring: The lamp currently features a vintage cord. While it functions, we strongly advise having all antique electronics inspected or rewired by a certified electrician prior to regular household use.
• Markings: Look for the signature molded stamp (Frankart © 28) along the lower edge of the base.
