Up for sale is a rare, vintage Art Deco silver-plated cocktail/juice cup produced by the Meriden Silver Plate Co. (a division of the International Silver Co.).
This piece belongs to the highly collectible "Ile de France" line (Pattern/Set #360), which was originally designed in the late 1920s as a machine-age tribute to the famous French luxury ocean liner, the S.S. Île de France. It features a classic tapered cylindrical body on a spread, stepped pedestal foot.
