Corners and edges display mild rounding with a few small edge rubs, while the postcard cardstock remains flat and structurally sound without creases, tears, or missing pieces. Reverse divided-back side has even age toning, several small brown foxing or soil spots near the side and lower edges, and handwritten pencil identifications of the Cleary sisters, with correspondence and address panels otherwise blank and unmailed.
