in good shape - see pics. has blue feit light in it currently.
speculated to be 1977 -1982 ish as the ceramic/porcelain lamps are pretty rare
this one is in great condition and the wire/plug also seems to be of the age as well. All works, tested!
some micro chips you could paint over if you choose. the lines on the back close to the lamp hole appear to be cracks but they are just lines - perhaps that were in the ceramic before it was painted.
Altogether this lamp is in great condition and the blue light will come with it
