PLEASE CHECK OUT ALL THE OTHER sales CURRENTLY AVAILABLE.Listed for sale isa vintage HalloweenORANGE SNOWMAN with WHITE HAT and PIPE (Candy Container) by ROSBRO from America c. 1950s. This hard plastic snowman is unusual for its uncommon orange coloring with a white hat (which is typically black). He was made by Rosbro Plastics (part of the E. Rosen family of companies from Pawtucket, Rhode Island). The snowman has an attached molded CANDY CONTAINER bag on his backside. His white top hat has a painted image on front of a skull with crossbones. On one lower leg is a painted black cat.The snowman still has his original white pipe and his outfit includes a molded black scarf around his neck, as well as black buttons down the front. The whole figure is very charming - a cross-over between Halloween and Christmas! The snowman measures 5 inches high and remains in excellent condition with only very minor surface scuffs, but no cracks or chipping. There is a tiny pinprick on one upper side of the top hat. This is a superior example of this Rosbro snowman - worthy of any antique Halloween collection !!
