This is GORGEOUS. Not sure of age, but i bought from a woman about my age(50s) that said her grandmother made this. Frankly, it looks unused, but it was definitely Handmade. It would fit almost everyone, im a size 14 and it fits fine, and a smaller friend tried it on and it fit her great too. Very prairie like. See pictures closely for best description. No smoking house.
