This listing is for a vintage set of eight (8) Japanese porcelain Kobachi tabletop dishes from the historic Arita Hosen Kiln featuring an elegant dual-textured artisan style.
The complete tableware bundle includes the following pieces:
- Four matching small serving bowls with decorative wavy scalloped rims.
- Four matching small under-plates or matching side dishes with identical scalloped edge styling.
- All pieces feature a hand-painted traditional blue and white floral blossom branch design on the interior basins.
- The exterior and underside are uniquely sculpted and glazed to realistically mimic an unpolished log, faux bois wood grain texture, and natural timber growth rings.
- Authenticated by the original hand-impressed 宝仙 Hosen maker mark stamped directly into the textured stoneware base material.
All eight porcelain components are in pristine, never-used vintage condition with absolutely no chips, cracks, crazing, cutlery marks, or surface wear of any kind on the enamel glaze. Please look over all provided photos closely to evaluate the exact cosmetic condition and specific details of this vintage Asian dinnerware set.
