Vintage antique shipwright\'s timber-framing slick chisel. Manufactured by L&I.J. White in Buffalo, NY c. 1900. Used by my great-grandfather in the Brooklyn Navy Yard where he started as an apprentice in 1902 and retired as Chief Shipwright in the 1950\'s. This piece was used while working on ships during both world wars, and has recently been lovingly restored for use.
Dimensions: 20.5\"x3\".
